THANKS FOR TAKING OUR QUIZ “WHICH CHAKRA ARE YOU?”
There are seven chakras, or energy centers, that are believed to be present in the body. They align your spine and represent organs in the body.
Here is a great guide to each of the seven chakras.
At any given time, all of your energy centers can be in balance, or out of balance. But you can also have just a few that are in balance and a few others that are out of balance.
It can seem like a tricky thing to manage, but there are ways to manage a healthy chakra balance. A few of ways to balance your chakras include, yoga, meditation, and just taking care of yourself.
An easy way to think of it is like this: you are tired and hungry and stressed out from work. This would be an example of your chakras being out of balance.
But let’s say, you find time to take care of yourself. You do a little yoga to calm yourself down and you eat a meal. You can feel your stress levels going down. Right? By taking care of yourself, you are getting your chakra energy more in balance.
THE POINT OF THE QUIZ “WHICH CHAKRA ARE YOU?” IS TO SEE WHICH CHAKRA IS THE STRONGEST AT THE MOMENT YOU TAKE THE QUIZ.
Maybe the chakra that is revealed to you at the end of the quiz isn’t the one that defines your personality best, and maybe it is. But in that moment, the chakra that is revealed is, in theory, the one that is most strongly conveyed.
Try this. Take it again tomorrow and see if some of your responses have changed. Maybe they will be the same, maybe not.
